These are perfect for our rainy southern weather. I live on a dirt road and park in my yard. When it rains, mud happens. Loading and unloading groceries or anything in the rain can get messy. These are perfect to keep so I can get into the car in the mornings without ruining my work shoes. They are also great to have in hand for getting the mail as it is a dirt road to walk on. I keep these by the back door so I can run in and out without ruining any other shoes. They have great traction and don’t slip and slide. They fit well and are comfortable around my ankles. The hard rubber is lined with neoprene and have a soft top edge that doesn’t cut into the skin like regular rubber boots do. These are well made and will last me many, many years of tromping about in the mud and muck. These are also stylish enough to wear to work when I’m going to be moving between buildings as we have puddles that collect and water that runs over our walkways. These don’t squeak on the floors at work and they don’t slip either. These are well worth the investment in my feet and my safety!
I got these boots primarily to wear out to garden. But since it’s a snowy, rainy December here in Michigan, I tested them out in the winter elements. They did well on wet, icy conditions…good traction. They kept my feet warm in 30 weather…almost too warm.I wear a size 9/9.5 normally, but ordered a 10 and they fit comfortably.White wouldn’t have been my first color choice, since I plan on wearing them in dirt and mud. But I know they will keep my feet cleaner than wearing flip flops.
To start these are true to size. They are comfortable, and keep your feet dry.The material feels like a good quality, very durable. The soles are pretty grippy, i hope the slip resistance doesn’t wear away but time will tell.And lastly, the color and design is very unique and cute.
