These deck boots came boxed and packaged great. I prefer wearing them with socks as it cuts down on friction and stink from sweating. The boot is made well. When held they feel a little heavy but once worn it was not an issue trampling around my back yard and patio. It does come with two different depth insoles. I thought that was a nice touch so you get a comfortable fit. They are waterproof as far as staying dry from wet grass and puddles. The bottom tread is pretty flat, hence the name deck boots. They don’t have a knoby bottom if you plan to walk inclines or ditches. The bright green color is cute and true to the display add.
There are so many thing about these boots that are excellent. They are very comparable to my last pair of major brand rain boots except a lot of the issues that the last ones had have been fixed by the design of this boot.
I live in a very wet area. I wore the last rain boots so much that they fell apart. The main problem with the last pair was that the toe separated after a couple years of use. They could no longer keep water out after that. With this design, the toe is very unlikely to separate.
The materials on this boot are higher quality than the major brand.
They look great and are easy to slip on.

After some extremely heavy rain, I slipped these on to take out the trash. My yard floods easily and these had no issue keeping my feet dry. But most importantly, I was surprised how comfortable they are.
The entire shoe is lined with neoprene, which is flat out genius. It’s basically a wet suit for your feet. The material is soft and warm, yet waterproof. The neoprene goes up to the ankle, making the shoe even more comfortable because it’s flexible right where you need it.
And finally, I prefer these to rainboots because they’re more like a normal shoe. The color is so bright and cheery on a day that is probably dreary. And I don’t feel silly wearing them all day because they are fairly inconspicuous.
There are several things I like about these shoes. They are easy to get on. They have a tab on the front and back of opening you can use to pull them on. Honestly, I don’t really need that as I’m able to easily just push my foot in. They keep my feet dry and come up to about the top of my ankles. I think the size fits appropriately. Another plus is when I go to take them off, if I am being lazy, there is a small tab that sticks out around the heel on each boot that I can push on with the other foot to help remove them.
As far as the soles, they are pretty flat. I can’t say if they would be slippery as I’ve mainly wore out to care for chickens and the garden and not experienced any slips along the way. Sometimes, the insole rides up with my foot upon exiting the boot but they easily go right back in place.
I have lots of shoes, but I didn’t have any rain boots; with the amount of rain in my area, I thought that it might be a good idea to try out some rain boots. These ‘Kalkal’ Women’s Deck Boots, are very stylish and fun looking; they fit well, and are easy to put on and take off.
I really love how comfortable these boots are, as they just fit my feet so well; additionally, extra insoles were included, which add even more comfort. These boots are very durable, while also feeling lightweight; the materials of the boots are very nice quality, and truly keep my feet dry.
It’s easy to clean off these boots whenever I’ve stepped in a puddle or mud; I can rinse them off, and they’re easy to take care of. I love these boots, and would even wear them during dry weather, as I love the look of them. These are an excellent style of boots, and I’m extremely impressed with these.
