These climbing sticks are a great option if you’re getting into saddle hunting. At 20 inches, they’re a little smaller than some of the 30-inch models, which means you’ll need more of them if you want to get higher up a tree. The upside is that being smaller also makes them lighter and easier to pack in and out, which is a big plus if you don’t plan on climbing super high.
They’re also a bit more affordable compared to their bigger cousins, so they make a nice budget-friendly choice without feeling cheap. Setup is simple, they carry well, and overall they feel like a solid step forward in building out my saddle hunting setup.
